Export report(Graphics and text)

Please need some help .I have a Access2000 database with
several reports.Containing Graphic and text.
When I look at the report in Access it just how i want it
with logos, lines and texts but when i export it to word
the graphics dont follow?
I have heard of the mail merge function but i dont want to
give in the parameters for the query again in access when
I merge it from the Access database.
What is the mailmerge function called in german?

I would appreciate if anybody could help me.
