Export Report to Excel not working?

I am using Excel 2007 SP 2 and when I have a report open,
I can see all the textboxes / results and all my other data.
When I export to RTF it works fine, but exporting to Excel, gives me a blank sheet.

I have my report all in a layout with on different spots on my report form, normal text as well.
That's not getting exported as well.

I can't figure why it's doing that.

Any suggestions?
