Export report with lines to Word

Hi,

I've got a report that lists transactions for a specific credit card holder.
At the bottom of this report is a signature line. This report is attached to
an email as a Word doc to send to the cardholder requesting their signature.
The problem is that the signature line does not appear in Word. Any
suggestions?
