export select contacts

I'm having a hard time exporting a selection of contacts. I only seem to be
able to export the whole file?

Create a query that returns only those records you wish.

Export the query (Files | Export...)

If you haven't already, post to an Outlook newsgroup. This 'group deals
with MS Access, the relational database product.
