Export Specification Wizard & Advanced option is missing

I vaguely recall this from years past, but can't figure how to
resolve it. I need to create an Export Specification but can't
get the wizard to come up.

The instructions I've found say to do the following, but I
never see the wizard:

1) Select A table
2) Select Export from the File Menu
3) Select file type of Text
4) Choose Advanced from the Export Wizard

.... but I never see the export wizard. What am I doing wrong?

Ooops!

There were two File Type options that end with .txt and I chose
the wrong one. Problem solved.
