Export Table does not work?

I am using Access 2000.

I am having troubles exporting a table. It don't always
work?

1. select the table
2. select from the menu bar File then Export
3. Save as type Text Files
4. Save

Nothing happens?? Try it

Nothing happens also if I open the table, export and save
all.

This never happened when I was using Access 97?
