Export text from a visio drawing ?

I have a simple drawing which is a flow chart. The shapes all have text
describing the function. How can I 'select all of the text and export it to
a word or excel document.

Visio 2003 : Tools / Reports
Visio 2007 : Data / Reports

These will provide output to Excel
