Export to ASCII file

This may be out of my legue but I have to give it atry.
I need to export a table to ASCII file and I have no Idea how to do that.
I have all of the required fields.

1-10 Division number ex. 101
11-40 First Name
41-70 Last Name
71-100 Middle Name
101-130 Route Name
131-160 Pull Out Time
161-190 Pull In Time
191-220 Employee ID
221-250 BadgeNumber
251-280 Schedule Date YYYYMMDD
Can anyone help.
