I am stuck on one last thing before I buy it. I used the reverse engineer
and import a database and use the trial Visio 2003 professional to make some
changes. Now I want to test the program ability to create the database from
the diagram and see how well it did. I cannot figure that out.

Never mind. We cannot do it in Visio 2003 anymore. :(

Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Architect is the one we want.
