Export to .dbf crashes Access 2003

We recently upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2003. Now,
when I try to export an Access table to dBase III, IV or 5
format, it crashes Access completely (closes, but leaves
the .ldb in "open" status).

Anyone know what's going on?
