Export to Excel error

Using MSP2003Ent

My company recently upgraded all users to MSOffice suite 2007. Since this
upgrade, while in PWA I can't export to excel. Are there any settings in
Excel and IE I need to address?

Note: The company wide upgrade to Office suite 2007 is not complete, is it
possible that the export to excel won't work until the upgrade is completed?
Or, do I have to also install Office suite 2007 on the server?

What is the error you are getting? What version of IE are you using (not
that I necessarily think it matters)?

I'm using IE7. Bottom left of screen I'm getting "error on page". I have
also noticed that some users haven't upgraded to Office suite2007 and are
getting different errors. The error they are seeing asks to install ActiveX
"again" and then when they choose Yes a message pops up “access denied".
