Export to Excel on submit

I like an Inforpath form to automatically create a formatted excel
file populated with form data when the user clicks "submit".

This would be in addition to the usual submit actions.

Is this possible?

How would I going about doing it?

Is it possible to automate the File/Export To/Microsoft Excel
functionality that is available when filling out the form?
