Export to Excel

Office 2003 products
I am trying to export from Project to Excel- set up the mapping, the preview
looks good upon executing the final step, a "Failed Operation" error message
results.

any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

Try going to Tools-Options-Security and selecting the bottom option to
"Allow Legacy Format Files..."

I'm using PWA and tried your suggestions but my MS project does not
have those options. Any other suggestion? I'm using MS Project
Professional 2003.

Hello luis,

You must have SP-3 installed to see the "legacy" format options in
Project Professional.

Do post to the server newsgroup as Mike suggested as this sounds
more like an issue with PWA than with Project.
