Export to Word Adds Extra Spaces

I have a report that I am exporting to Word using the Office Links button.
When I open the report in Word, I have found that one extra space has been
added to the end of each line in the Word file. In the Access file, it is
correct with one space between each word and two spaces between each sentence
but apparently this is being added when it exports to Word. Any help would
be much apprecaited. Thanks.
