In my program, I provide a form from which the users select the report they
want to preview/print. This protects them from having to remember convoluted
report names.
When they select the report and preview it, clicking on Tools|Office Links|
Publish it with Word causes the program's switchboard to be displayed in the
"save to" window, rather than having the report copied over as an .rtf file.
However, if one goes to the (F11) Database form and finds the convoluted
name of the report, and selects it from there, then clicks on the office
link, etc. it will display and can be saved.
Is there a way to export the report while previewing it? Or can the export
be done programmatically from within the program, as in a print command?
