Export to Word

Hi all,
I have a problem in that a weekly itinerary I print from access can have
blank dates for some staff where the activity continues on from a previous
week. I think the only way to deal with this is to export to another
application and get the user to enter the missing data manually. The 'publish
to word' option from my report kind of works in that the layout is retained
as desired except obviously the gridlines are not printed. Also to actually
amend and add in the missing data is not that simple as you have to create
new tab settings first against each line you need to enter more data (Convert
text to table does not retain the layout either so this can't be done easily
to add the gridlines).

Can anyone else suggest a better method than this? Sorry if my explanation
is not very clear...

Output without the gridlines looks like :
Mon Tues Wed Thurs Frid
Fred Bloggs Audit Audit Holiday Meeting VV
1111 1111
2222
Netherland Netherland Timbuk2
Jane Doe Office Office SA Audit Audit
Training 3333
3333
Legoland
Legoland
Thanks in advance for any help.
Sue
