Export varchar(eg .33) to excel, excel display as 0.33.

I want to export a report to excel by using the Office Links. But Ecxel add 0
in front of a decimal point that I don't want it.
On the report, the data is .33; but on Excel, the data is displayed 0.33.
How can I let Excel displays .33 instead of 0.33 ?
