Export Visio Schema diagram table text

Is there a simple way to export the text that is in the tables? We have
created a schema diagram from an existing db, and I would like to take it a
step furhtr and create a data dictionary format.

Visio Enterprise Architect edition (its in Visual Studio Enterprise) contains
forward engineering and reports.
