Export vsd to pdf end preserve hyperlinks

I have a Visio drawing (standard 2003) with hyperlinks on some of the shapes.
How do I convert the drawing to pdf and keep with the hyperlinks on shapes
working?

I expected Adobe Acrobat (7) to do this, but it appears that it doesn't...
No use to you, but the Visio 2007 Save As PDF does preserve the primary
Hyperlink for each shape...
