Export Wizard causes Access to restart

Hopefully this is not a difficult problem to fix...

I have a user who always gets an unspecified error when trying to export a
simple table to a text file. Access always backs up the database and restarts
itself when this occurs. Other users have been able to successfully export
the data from other PCs, so it does not appear to be a problem with any kind
of data corruption.

I would have tried changing the Format key in the Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\4\Engines\Text from Delimited() to
CSVDelimited as discussed in KnowledgeBase article 290068, but it appears
that someone had already made that change.

I have done some checking on the KnowledgeBase and have found some mention
of re-registering DAO or possibly needing an update to the Jet engine, but I
am not sure that either solution applies to this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
