Export Word Table to Access Database

I am doing an assignment that requires me to transfer data from a Word
Table into an Access Database. How do I do this? I have no idea. Taa
heaps!

Copy from Word then paste into Access seems to work OK. Make sure the
table column count equals the Access database field count.
