ExportAsFixedFormat method and print margins

I'm using the Excel method ExportAsFixedFormat to generate a PDF copy of my
workbook, but the method seems to ignore changed print margins settings, is
this a known bug in the method?

This is OK with scaling of Excel cells, but is not OK for positioning of any
graphics in the workbook, any suggestions?
