Exported Wine-Coloured Graphics Comes Out Blue

I've never had much luck exporting graphics from Visio 2000, so I need
advice. Before, I simply copied-and-pasted as Enchanced Metafiles.
However, I've switched to DocBook and need to export PNGs.

I've tried "Save As...", PNG, and found as long as I use the default
settings, I won't get an Error 920. However, the results are extremely
crude - unbelievably, objects with a wine-coloured fill come out as
_blue_.

Is this version of Visio simply hopeless? Will a later version fix this
problem? I really need to export as PNG, and the advice on the MS
support site to try all other graphics formats until I hit one that
works isn't acceptable.

Visio did update the export filters for formats like PNG in Visio 2002.
That may give you better results. However, I haven't seen this type of
error before, so it's not clear where the problem lies.

Hi Mark,

Turns out we have a copy of Visio 2002 and this produces a better
result. Perhaps the original filter was a tribute to Homer's
"wine-coloured sea". :)
