Exportedimage from Print Shop loses quality

I need help in converting Print Shop Pro Publisher 1.5
images to something usable in MS Word letterheads. If I
create a .pmo or .biz image in Print Shop, and then print
it, all lines and curves are very clean, and it prints
very cleanly.

However, when I convert the Broderbund .pmo files
to .tif, .pcx., .wmf, .png, .jpg, or .bmp, they are
created as very small images, which are already very
pixilated, in Windows Explorer, Windows Pic Viewer, or in
MS Word. When I restore them to their former size, they
have bad jaggies, and are diamond-hatched. They then
print badly, also. Even if I import the converted image
back into Print Shop, they are small and jagged.

I can't find any settings in Print Shop for image scaling
settings in a converted output file.

I would really like to use these images in MS Word
templates. Can anyone help? Thanks very much.

A .wmf (which is a vector format), though it may display poorly, should
print cleanly.

Thanks for any time you may have put into this. I
figured out what was happening. Here are the details,if
they might be of help to someone else:

What appeared to be an 8.5 x 11 doc in Print Shop was
really only a business card size, which had too little
information for the conversion. I copied the logo into a
full size page and blew it up into a 10 inch size WITHIN
Print Shop, and then exported it to a .bmp format. This
gave me a lot of pixel definition, and it looks fine in
MS Word.
Good luck to all.
