Exporting 107 Slides ppt to mov. Doesn't work

When trying to export a 107-Slide ppt with basic Fade transition - to
a .MOV file. The .MOV file will not play all the way through gets
stuck on different slides around 20 minutes into the .mov.

Please help.

Running this on a 1.5Ghz PB with OS X 10.3.5 and 1Gb of RAM.
