exporting a distribution liast from one outlook to another

ive got a laptop with a partial distribution list.... im trying to pull the
rest of the list off a desktop... i only want the distribution list... the
outlook file on the desktop is a mess and im about to restore it to the
default setting's... what is the easiest way to export the list and then just
load it back on my laptop... do i need to open up each contact's distribution
list and save as a rich text file... and if so how would i load them on the
laptop...
