Exporting a report from MS Access to MS Word

I have a Labels report in which the users need to export
the report from MS Access to MS Word. This would be easy,
but they want a button to click to do this. If anyone has
any ideas of how to best tackle this problem or any
solution advise let me know.

try this in code on your button Click event:
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "Report1",
acFormatRTF, "c:\Report1.rtf", True

This simulates your user selecting the Publish to MSWord
from the tool bar.
