Exporting a report with check boxes to Word

I am running Office Professional 20003. I run a report in Access with 10
check boxes and on the screen it looks fine. When I publish it in Word all
the check boxes dissapear. I need to get into a Word document so I can email
to other people to open up. The snaphot works fine, but I need to email to
some people who don't have the viewer, but they have Word. Any help would be
great.
