Exporting a signed project

I would like to export a self signed outlook vba project so I can
import the project on another users machine. Add the self signed
certificate so the user runs the macro without having to to select it
as a untrusted macro. I have created the self signed certificate and
signed the project but I can't figure out for the life of me how to
expor the project so I can import it. I've tried exporting the
modules but when I import them they are no longer signed. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just leave the modules in the file and send them the file? No need
for import or export.
