Exporting a table to excel then add a macro to the sheet.

I was wondering if this is possible and how I would go about doing this. I
have a table that I export and when the person opens the table they have to
resize the sheet subtotal it and add an autofilter. I can create the macro
in excel but I would like to be able to add the macro to the sheet when I
export the table to excel. So when they open the sheet the macro does all
the sizing and formating for them.
