Exporting Access 2000 reports to Excel 2000. Use to work in Offic

We have an Access report that, in Office '97, used to correctly export to
Excel.
If we export the old '97 Access version Excel 2000 can load it just fine.
If we convert the Access db to Access 2000 and then do the same export to
Excel 2000, the summary rows disappear.
