Exporting Access 2000 reports to Excel 2000

The database used links to SQL tables. When a report is run all the
data can be viewed

If the report is exported to Word or to a snap shot all information is
exported. If exported to Excel the comments field and the majority of
the text isn't exported.

Can anyone help!!
