I have a Form in Access 2000 called SetupNewCommunity. It
has the following fields, CommunityName and
CommunityCode. The form also has a subform named
CommunityHousePricesSubform which has the fields
CommunityCode, HouseModelName, and HousePrice. The form
displays a community and all of the houses offered with
its starting price.
When I export this form to Word 2000 into my mailmerge
template, I want it to show all of the occurences of
HouseModelName and HousePrice per a certain CommunityCode
on one sheet of paper. Right now it generates a seperate
sheet of paper for each occurence of HouseModelName. Help!
