Exporting Access report to Word, retaining formatting

When I export an Access 97 report to Word, the text
exports fine, but not the text box borders. NO text box
borders are visible, and the text all shifts upward. The
Access report has many small text boxes, making it look
like a table when viewed as an Access report. How can I
get it to look the same in Word???

I don't believe the specific formatting in an Access report will always
translate over to Word. You may be better off exporting the report as a
Snapshot (snp) file,which will retain all formatting.
The snapshot report can be viewed by anyone having Access 97 on their
machines. If they do not have Access 97, you can provide the Snapshot viewer
(free from Microsoft) to load on their machines.
