Exporting Access to MS Works Database

Trying to move files from old PC with Windows 98 MS
Access to new PC with Windows XP MS database

Export from Access to a format Works can read (such as dBase or CSV), then
import into Works.

No other way, I'm afraid. (And recognize that all you can move is the data)
