Exporting ACT 6.0 contacts into Outlook 2000

Using ME2000 to export ACT 6.0 contacts to Outlook. Only
company name and contact transfer. Followed MS
instructions using Excel to open text file, but my version
of Excel does not list a TEXT (TAB DELIMITED)(INC) option
in the SAVE AS TYPE box. How can I get my ACT 6.0 contacts
to export into Outlook?
