Can Address Book Groups be exported from Entourage into an Excel spreadsheet? I have "distribution lists" created with groups in my Entourage Address Book, each with 100-150 email addresses in them. I am trying to give these lists to a co-worker who lives in another state, and I cannot see how to copy this information. If necessary, I suppose I can export the entire address book to Excel, if I can learn how to do that.

What makes this a bit more complicated is that my hard drive crashed and all of the Entourage data is backed up on a Western Digital external hard drive. It was on an iBook, which I replaced after the crash with a MacBook.

Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Yes, see this page for help.

I have "distribution lists" created with groups in my Entourage Address Book,
each with 100-150 email addresses in them. I am trying to give these lists to
a co-worker who lives in another state, and I cannot see how to copy this
information. If necessary, I suppose I can export the entire address book to
Excel, if I can learn how to do that.

You cannot export a group as tab delimited file, you will first need to
export the group as .rge, import it into a new Identity and export that file
as tab delimited.

For a specific group, see these directions:

<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/import_export/contacts.html#group>

If the co worker uses Entourage, I would use the .rge export.
What makes this a bit more complicated is that my hard drive crashed and all
of the Entourage data is backed up on a Western Digital external hard drive.
It was on an iBook, which I replaced after the crash with a MacBook.

Until you move that back to Entourage, you cannot get the data out.
