I am trying to create address labels from an Excel spreadsheet format.
I used Excel for all of our wedding
invitation addresses and DO NOT want to type them all again.
When I try to import the information into Word I consistently get the
message "There is a problem with line 16. Line 16 does not contain the
same number of fields as the fields in line 1"
As near as I can tell there is no difference between line 16 and any
other line. I have tried moving the information around, started over
with a whole new spreadsheet and double-checked every entry and I still
get the same message. Does anyone know what I can do to successfully
import my .csv file into Word?
