Exporting and importing via PDA

Has anyone out there had any experience with importing and exporting records
from multiple tables to and from a handheld (pda).
Simply want to send current sites data along with some info from the sales
table (i.e. the 5 last records) to a handheld. Update the sales info on the
handheld and then send it back to the database to add the new sale info and
update any changes to the site information.
I use Access 2003 and have found soem software which works on a handheld
called Pocket PC creations, this supports TCP/IP connectivity so i think this
may be the bext option.
Any help or directions would be greatly appreciated
