Exporting as HTML

T

I have a set of queries that I export to HTML. Some of these were cloned from others. E.g. I might have a query called Books from which I make a clone called Magazines. When I export these, I get two HTML files called Books_1.htm and Books_2.htm. This means that every time I export these queries (which I do on a weekly basis) I have to rename a bunch of them. Access seems to have decided by itself that the Magazines query should produce a file called Books_2, as there is nowhere I can see that this is specified. Can anyone help me to change its name permanently

Also, I have several sets of export files saved (I don't remember the MS term for them, and I don't have Access on this PC), most of which I no longer use, and yet they still show up on the list of file sets that I can use. Is there any way to get rid of these

Thanks in advance.
