These reports intended to be printed to paper (or electronic form, e.g.
Adobe PDF).
Ideas:
1. Screen shot the data of interest and paste into Word.
2. Print to PDF, and with Adobe Acrobat, convert PDF to DOC and import.
3. Print to PDF. Print the Word DOC to another PDF. Use Adobe Acrobat
to assemble a single document composed of the multiple pdf's. The
Budget Report could be Attachment 1 and referred to as such in the DOC.
You can even add links in the PDF from this refernce point to the
attachment page using tools in Adobe Acrobat. Release the single PDF
document as your report.
No. 3 would be the recommended way. Doing it this way gives you the
most control over quality of the published document. If you were so
inclinced, you could also include a whole lot more attchments (from
Excel, diagrams, video images of the project) etc. if appropriate.
