Exporting calendar from Outlook, importing to Entourage

Hi, can anyone help me with what I thought would be a simple action but is turning into a crazy obsession for me to fix!

I use Outlook on a PC at work but have a Mac at home. I'd like to be able to export my work calendar from Outlook and import it into Entourage.

However, I can't figure out which file format to export from Outlook in so it can be imported into Entourage.

I've tried the "Tab Separated Values (Windows)" text file but Entourage seems to think this is a list of Contacts rather than Calendar events.

I've searched lots of places online for a plain, simple explanation of how to do this but come up with nothing that makes a lot of sense.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I see above that you've indicated that you're using IMAP. By any chance
is your company using Exchange Server? Do you have access to Outlook Web
Access (OWA) or webmail from home?

If so, then you can set up Entourage to sync with your Exchange Server too.

William, thanks for your suggestion but I don't have OWA so can you tell me the format in which the calendar needs to be exported from Outlook so it can be imported into Entourage?

Entourage can only import .ics files for calendar events. I see that
someone has written a VBA script to export to a .ics file. Haven't tried
this myself so I can't attest to its effectiveness.
