exporting calendar into html

wagner

I've set up a basic project on microsoft project. I then display the project
using the calendar view. I want to somehow export the calendar view into an
html page so I can post it on a web site. Is that possible?

Here's a thought. Save the file as a PDF and then post the PDF to the web.
There are many conversion tools available. A good one can be found at
http://www.pdf995.com/

If you want real-time updates you'll have to do some coding. One way might
be to get a scripting tool to automate opening MS Project, opening your
project
file, selecting the calendar view and then printing to a PDF995 printer to
create
your PDF file. One problem is the calendar view takes up alot of real
estate so
be sure to set your printer properties to the largest page size possible.

Hope this helps.

Hi wagner,

See FAQ # 16 "Project Viewer" at:
http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

for some additional information about saving files as a web page and using
the copy picture button for the graphic.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
