Exporting Contact list and subfolder into hand held pc

In my contact folder , I have several subfolders i.e.
vendor folder , customer folder. Each folder has all the
contact info. How do I export from the pc into my hand
held pc

You'd need to check with the manufacturer of your synchronization software.
