Exporting Contacts in Outlook 2002 - Mapping Fields?

I am trying to export a tab separated values list of contacts in Outlook
2002. When I get to the map custom fields, why don't I see ALL of Outlook's
contact fields? Specifically, my problem is with the Home Address fields.
It only gives me:
Home Street, Home Street 2, & Home Street 3. What are Home Street 2 & 3? I
am looking for the either the "mailing address" or "street address" field.
Can you map those for export?

I thought that if I entered an address as follows, it would translate this
way:

123 Main --> Home Street
Unit N --> Home Street 2
P.O. Box 456 --> Home Street 3

However, when I export it and open it in Excel, I get a new record starting
with the name of the person being Unit N. WHY???

Addresses in Outlook are composed of a sum of its parts (i.e. street, state,
country etc) and when exported are exported as a single field with line
breaks in the address field (which is valid when using an address for a mail
merge but may not be valid for other uses). Outlook does not export the
individual fields.

Actually, Outlook does export Street Address 2 & 3 as separate fields (at Map
Custom Fields). The problem I have is that there's nothing in those fields
when you open up Excel, Access, or csv receiving the export. Everything's in
Street Address.

And Street Address 2 & 3 do not exist in the All Fields tab. What gives?

And, like Frondy, I am frustrated that you can't export "Mailing Address."
