Exporting Contacts with Categories in Entourage 2008

Here's the problem:

-All my contacts are in Entourage 2008.
-I need to print the addresses on envelopes for my holiday cards (200
of them, tomorrow!)
-Entourage doesn't seem to export categories
-The workarounds I've found online don't seem to work with my contacts
being on the exchange server (for example exporting an Entourage
archive asks for local contacts, and apparently there is nothing in my
local contacts)
-Paul Berkowitz's scripts, which look like the will solve the problem
say they aren't compatible with Leopard

You've listed many things but haven't really said what you're trying to do.

You want to print addresses on envelopes using contacts in Entourage but
why are you trying to export categories? What are the workarounds
suppose to work around?

Have you tried Word's Tools --> Envelopes feature? You can use it to
create a mail merge for printing envelopes and it can access your
Entourage Address Book, filter by categories, etc.
