I posted this question a few weeks back and did not get a
response..trying again. I am exporting my Contacts list
to a PST file, I have subfolders/contacts and have
selected putting a tick include subfolders. All goes well
up to the point of actually doing the fucntion. I get a
message operation failed. This is Office Pro 2003. I can
backup the entire PST file (emails etc.) and moved it to
another CPU with Office 2002. The problem follows it to
the next machine. I have run the ScanPST and it did find
some errors, but said it was corrected. This used to work
for me. Apparently it must be in the PST file itself or
it would not have shown up on another computer.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
