Exporting Custom Field to Access

I'm trying to use the Number1 field in MS Project and
export the data to Access. The column in Access is null
when the data is exported. It will not export a Text
custom field either. Also, can the wbs be exported?

All of this should be possible.
What method are you using to export?
Have you tried simply saving as an access DB? From there you can query the
data in many ways.
