Exporting Cutsom Froms to Access

I have Created a Custom form in outlok is it possible to export theis to
access so I can link this data to an already exisiting datbase table?

Outlook doesn't support exporting custom fields. You'll probably have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm .
