Exporting data ( BaseLine, Programmed and Actual ) to MS-Project 2003 std

Please, it is very important to us :

I am sending information to MS-Project 2003 std from my system, but at the
end MS-Project are making equal my Programmed Date and Actual Date.
To me, Base Line, Programmed Date and Actual Date could be all different.
My Goal I set at Base Line.
Innitialy Base Line and Programmed Date are the same, with the same date.
During the project, if we need to reprogram some task, we will do it at
Programmed Date.
And my actual position is at Actual Date.

I am sending to MS Project in this order :
- Task
- BaseLineStart, BaseLineFinish
- Start, Finish, Duration ( called Programmed Date )
- Actual Start, Actual Finish, Actual Duration
- PercentComplete

Is it ok ( names and sequence ) ?

My Problem :
MS-Project convert Actual Date with the same date that Programmed Date (
Start, Finish ).
To me, those Values could be different. I need to keep this difference and
get the impact on the activities ( upper level ).

I have at my system some Performance Indicators that will compare BaseLine x
Programmed and BaseLine x Actual when I return with the MS-Project results.

Please, what I need to do in order to it ?

Thank You
Renê

Hi,
You will have to save your "programmed dates" into an other baseline.
Once there are actual dates, start and finish reflect these actual dates.
This is absolutely necessary since they are the base for calculating the
dates of other tasks and these have to be calculated basd on reality not an
old plan.
